These Terms of Service govern your use of scarfstar.com and purchases from SCARFSTAR. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them.

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, dimensions, colors, materials, photographs, and prices accurately. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear. Minor differences may occur between digital images and physical products.

Product availability, specifications, and prices may change. We may correct errors or update information when reasonably necessary.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, payment failure, address restrictions, or violation of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact, and delivery information.

Prices, Payment, and Taxes

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may change based on device, location, and payment-provider availability.

You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the total shown at checkout. Any applicable tax or other charge collected with the order will be shown before the purchase is completed.

Shipping and Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled by third-party partners from U.S. locations and shipped through FedEx. Processing and delivery estimates, fees, service areas, tracking procedures, and address restrictions are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Fulfillment and carrier estimates are not guaranteed. Delays can occur because of weather, carrier operations, emergencies, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. A return must be authorized before it is shipped. The original package address might not be an approved return address.

Intellectual Property

The website and its original content, including the SCARFSTAR name, product text, graphics, page design, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to the store operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the website for personal shopping purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit store content without permission.

Reviews and Submitted Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights. We may moderate or remove submitted content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
